You've created some contact views for follow up and such - could you create a view that views contacts based on the criteria above - the criteria that the FPD report uses to pull information for the report. This might be helpful in isolating why there is a difference in total gifts between the report and the portal.

Good question. It has been updated recently to make it more efficient. Rather than running every contact through the report it only looks at the following contacts: Those whose giving YTD > 0, those whose monthly amount (that is monthly giving amount) does not equal 0, and those whose annual giving amount > 0. It ignores the rest because the are not relevant for the report.

FPD Report

In running the report how does it now which contacts to access info from. When i run the report it only access about 90 contacts and I have over 600 contacts in my outlook contacts?
